A finely bound rare book but the hinges are cracked but the strings are holding blind ruling with embellished of flowers on the corners forming a center panel, four raised bands title missing front paste down missing a lovely copperplate hand written name of the first owner dated 1704 in brown ink, some small foxing on eps and hand writing on title page. Published in 1704 by Richard Smith of Templebar London. Otherwise the book is very clean and tight.
