A wonderful silver coffee pot made in hallmarked for London in 1754 with provenance.
18thc SILVER COFFEE POT
A very elegant solid silver coffee pot with good clear hall marks London 1754 , the maker is untraceable , the original handle is made of pear wood, the lid is hinged and topped with an acorn finial. The pot is in perfect condition and is cleaned ready for use. We obtained the coffee pot from the previous owners of Markree Castle Co Sligo Ireland who most likely bought it new in 1754, the pot has been professionally cleaned inside ready for use. A truly stunning coffee pot of thick & heavy silver.
